Please check your vehicles, anything your storing on the lower area of Koch Street Storage. We have damage and so do some from the storm last night. We have tried to contact everyone who has damage today.

Good morning friends, neighbors. We need to let you know there is no loitering or sleeping in our units. We understand the Hardships people are undergoing, but we are not a housing facility. A storage facility is for storing your belongings, basically move in and move out. We do have business units and they have bathrooms, FOR BUSINESS!!!!!! We are picking up messes on the inside and outside of our units. We have cameras and we use them daily!!!!! We do not have facilities at Koch Street! With that being said, if you have a Unit, no one but you or the Authorized Representative for your unit should be here. If we catch you sleeping here, your gone, no if's, ands about it. We have no tolerance for it and nor will we ever. We have caught several in the past few days thinking they are gonna live here, NOT HAPPENING. If your caught on our lot and you are not a tenant or listed on a Contract, you will be charged with Trespassing! No Exceptions!!!!!!!!!

Hello to all our wonderful customers!!!! If you have things in your units that need to be out within the next couple days, please do so today. They are predicting snow and ice. Depending on what we get, please understand this is gonna take time to clear out and ice isn't easy. Please watch the forcast and be as ready as possible to have out what you need. We are now closing on Saturdays at 12:00. We thought we might give this a try and give our workers an afternoon off for a change. Also please note: We have added extra cameras through ADT that are working quite well. Please do not leave the following in or around our dumpster: Furniture, TV's, Tires, Mattresses, Box Springs, Microwaves, etc. Anything oversized has to go to the dump. Please set it by your curb before you ever move in. If you have any of these things when you move out, you must take them with you. Also the dumpster is mainly for us, however, if you have small items, check with the office. Our dumpster has been overfilled lately causing numerous problems. We are watching closely. Do not bring items from home and fill the dumpster, please. We are doing everything we can to keep this place safe, clean and respectable. Another reminder please make sure your unit is overlocked. If your unit is not locked, we are going to overlock it until you provide your own. We also will not run out and unlock it until you provide your own lock. Last but not least, whatever you move in, please take with you. Thank you for your understanding.

To our customers, friends around town, there are a lot of break in's all over town. Secure your homes, vehicles, campers, you name it. They have not been caught yet. These are young people. Protect your property best you can. Be Vigilant! If you have outside storage with us or anywhere, lock your vehicles, don't leave anything personnel in your vehicles, and by all means don't leave your keys in your cars, trucks, etc. This is not just at Koch Street Mini Storage, it is everywhere in town. Ask a Police Officer, they are hitting everywhere! I was told today that a car Dealership had 30 Catalytic Converters stolen the other day. I am not sure why it's not on the news, but it should be. We had Juveniles thinking they were going to Trespass and check out our units, we caught them on our cameras AND WE CAUGHT THEM!!!!!!!. We HAVE ADDED MORE AND WE WILL ADD AS MANY AS WE CAN!!!!!!!!! Even though your underage you now can be arrested for Trespassing!!!!! If you do not have storage with us, you do not belong here. If you come here, come to our office. Another thing, DO NOT DUMP IN OUR DUMPSTER!!!!!!!!! Again, if you have questions, come to our office. Very simple. If you get caught, you can be arrested! Do not put furniture in or around our dumpster, electronics, tires, pallets, etc. When in doubt, check it out. We can read your license plate, ADT is amazing. We are great people to work with when you work with us. We are doing our part in the community to help rid the crime, do your part too. It's getting bad everywhere. Put Disc Locks on your units to be better protected. We live here on our property and doing all we can do. F.Y.I our units were not broken into by these kids, but they came back for a reason.
