The Glamour Grotto policy change:
All future bookings must be done via website and deposit paid for all services being booked for all Clients now, new and established. I’ve been scheduling everyone without deposit in good faith that everyone will show up for their appointment and have been no-showed or cancelled last minute to the point I will now require deposits. When appointments are no-showed or cancelled last minute, it’s time I sit on that could have been given to someone on waiting list or I could be doing something else productive with this time. Appointments cancelled within 12 hour of scheduled time or no showed will be charge half of the service price. Thank you guys for your understanding!
