PPG OPENS NEW OFFICES IN NORTH ATLANTA
ATLANTA, GA., July 16, 2024 — Today, Preferred Precision Group announced they will join other notable tenants at 8000 Avalon, a mixed-use project in Alpharetta, Ga.
This expansion will allow the Quality, Data, and Technology company to consolidate its employees based in two other locations. Preferred Precision Group will join other well-known tenants including Microsoft, SAP, and neighbors Apple and Tesla.
“Being part of Avalon puts PPG’s employees and guests, at the center of a vibrant mixed-use district, ” said Jennifer Hipp, PPG’s Vice President of Operations.
PPG was represented by Leighana Novak in the lease transaction who said, “Atlanta is the capital of technology in the southeast and it also has the world’s busiest airport. All this places PPG at the epicenter of manufacturing technology, which is exactly where we want to be.”
