Position for immediate staffing:

CommuniCare is looking for a reliable and responsible female caregiver for a client located in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Client needs assistance with homemaking services and ADLs. Must have ALL required work documents readily available. (List documents)

The schedule is:
⁃ Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9am - 3pm) and;
⁃ Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 2pm
⁃ Total of 29hrs weekly at a rate of $10

Required Documents:
-FL driver's license or FL identification card
-Social security card
-Proof of residency or citizenship
-Physical exams (within the last 6 months, indicating that the registrant is free from all communicable diseases)
-CNA License or HHA Certificate
-Professional liability insurance
-Car registration
-Car insurance
-CEUS (Initial HIV / AIDS, Domestic Violence, HIPPA / Medical Error Prevention Training, Alzheimer's Training, OSHA / Bloodborne Pathogens / HBV / TB Training, Assistance with Self-Medication Training)
-CPR card
-Level 2 background check

The applicant must be timely, self-motivated, able to follow directions, pays attention to detail, patient, and compassionate.
