Great for moms in business too

This week we've been talking about how we as parents experience sensory overload. Today I wanted to share some tools that you can use in your daily practice to create space and time to recharge.

It's important that we avoid trying to "push through" as this will cause greater overwhelm.

You are not broken if you experience sensory sensitivity. You are not flawed.

But you do have to create space to process the sensory information you've been receiving. Sleep and movement are great ways to process this.
