Closings comes along that reminds me exactly why I do what I do. Today wasn't just about signing papers, it was a beautiful crossroads of two families, full of genuine connection and deep emotion.

The energy in the room was unforgettable. We had the sellers' children completely bonding and playing with my buyer’s sister, beautiful gifts being exchanged across the table, and plenty of tears... both the happy kind and the bittersweet kind.
