Congratulations to the latest group of managers who successfully completed our Restaurant Manager Certification Program — a 4 week extensive leadership development program focused on strengthening operations, people leadership, accountability, coaching, and driving results.

Throughout the program, these leaders dedicated time to learning, growing, collaborating, and sharpening the skills needed to lead strong teams and create great guest experiences every day.

We are proud of the commitment they showed throughout this journey and excited to see them continue to grow within Cadete Enterprises.
