At the Durango Station Parking Garage South, located at the Red Rocks Resort in Las Vegas, MM Systems provided a series of expansion joint systems for this new 5-level parking garage. It connects to a new portion of the casino, specifically high-limit areas, so they were looking for nicer anodized covers near the lobby and elevator areas.

There will be a second phase to this expansion project coming soon!

In Clarksville, Indiana, MM Systems created an expansion joint system for the Current812 luxury apartment building. We used a variety of joint types for the parking garage at Current812, working alongside Studio A Architecture + Masterplanning and Whittenberg Construction on construction and installation.

MM Systems recently worked on the NTC Foundation building in San Diego, California, installing some large EPDM bellows. This project presented unique challenges, with multiple directional changes and transitions from roof-to-roof and roof-to-vertical.

Another major airport project is getting support from MM Systems! ✈️

MM System's floor, wall & ceiling, and roof expansion joints are being used in the construction of JFK Airport's brand-new Terminal 1, which will span 2.6 million square feet. The terminal is expected to open to passengers next year, with the project being complete in 2030.

Construction photos show progress on a new terminal at JFK as part of a wider project to transform it into "the world-class airport that New Yorkers deserve".

At the San Diego International Airport's new Terminal 1, MM Systems supplied the expansion joints for the parking garage and at the Smart Curb!
