Every journey has its chapters.

Some were exciting. Some were uncertain. Some were challenging in ways no one else could see.

But through it all, our students kept showing up—for their goals, their futures, and themselves.

They’ve grown, adapted, and pushed forward, one step at a time.

While we can’t rewrite the chapters behind us, we always have the opportunity to shape what comes next.

And this moment is a powerful reminder of just how far they’ve come.

Look at you now.

This is what showing up looks like.

From across the map to right here at home.

This year’s graduates represent 11 states—including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and beyond.

Different places.
One Pack.

All coming together on June 10.

Behind every flag lowered today is a name, a story, a family.

Memorial Day is a time to remember those who gave everything—and the lives forever changed because of that sacrifice.

BMCC is closed today, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.
We will reopen tomorrow, May 26.

We remember. We honor.

Spring Fling came in hot — literally, there were hot dogs.

The Quad was full, the games were going, prizes were flying, and somewhere in the middle of it all we realized spring term is almost over.

For some students, that means finals are around the corner. For others, commencement is close enough to feel very real.

So before the final push, we packed in one more day of food, fun, and full-on Timberwolf energy.

Thanks for making it a good one, Wolves.

The path isn’t always easy.

There are setbacks. There are long days. There are moments where starting over feels like the only option.

But growth happens in those moments—when you choose to try again, stay committed, and keep moving forward.

At BMCC, our students continue to show up, push through challenges, and build something meaningful—step by step.

They’ve come this far.

Now it’s time to finish strong.

This is what showing up looks like.

153 graduates earned honors this year.

Late nights turned into early mornings.
Hard work turned into something more.

This is what dedication looks like.

See it celebrated on June 10.

BMCC students, this one is for you.

ASG is hosting Spring Fling this Wednesday, May 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Quad, and you’re invited to stop by, hang out, and enjoy a little spring fun before the end-of-term push really kicks in.

There will be games like spikeball and foosball, student club tables, free food, Lotus slushies, and some seriously fun prizes. Students will have the chance to win items like an iPad, AirPods, a Ninja Creami, LEGO flowers, Pendleton towels, local gift cards, Round-Up experiences, and more.

Bring a friend, come between classes, and make a little room in your Wednesday for Spring Fling.

Sometimes the future starts with something simple: showing up to see what’s possible.

Yesterday, students from across the region walked through BMCC’s doors to explore programs, tour campus, meet faculty, ask questions, and picture what their next chapter could look like.

From welding and diesel to healthcare, business, arts, science, agriculture, education, and beyond—Spring Preview Day gave students the chance to explore pathways that connect passion with purpose.

There were conversations happening in hallways, future classmates meeting for the first time, nervous excitement before tours, and moments where you could almost see someone realizing, “I think I could belong here.”

Thank you to every student, family member, staff member, and faculty member who helped make the day meaningful.

The future looks good, Timberwolves.

Some days come easier than others.

But growth doesn’t happen only on the good days—it happens in the moments when showing up feels hard, and you choose to do it anyway.

Driving to class after a long day. Logging in to finish assignments. Showing up for clinicals. Being there for your community.

These moments may seem small, but together, they build something meaningful.

Every day adds up.

At Blue Mountain Community College, this is what showing up looks like.
