Join us at Folk Bottle & Bar as we invite Nick and Amanda from First Mile Kitchen in Wichita, Kansas for a night of music, wine and great food! We'll be carrying on First Mile Kitchen's Monthly Moods tradition of pairing a record with wine, and to celebrate we're throwing a dinner party!

Menu will feature foods from the French Riviera paired with wines from Scout, with hits from Crosby, Stills & Nash's album CSN.

Summer Wine Club Allocation Dates & Details!

We’re excited to release our next wine club allocation soon featuring six new wine releases including the return of Pinot Blanc, Dry Rosé and Stainless Steel Chardonnay, a new twist on a low ABV Riesling, and a first for us at Scout - Sauvignon Blanc! This month’s allocation also includes the option for one bottle of Scout x folk Chardonnay - available only to club members or at !

Served alongside a fresh spring snow pea salad with crispy shallots and a decadent beurre blanc sauce — bright, delicate, and beautifully balanced.

Paired perfectly with Seyval Blanc 2025 from our friends at Scout Vineyards 🍷
Bursting with crisp citrus and vibrant acidity, this wine lifted the entire dish — cutting through the richness of the beurre blanc, enhancing the natural sweetness of the scallops, and bringing a refreshing brightness to the earthy spring peas.

Safe to say… this Seyval Blanc is quickly becoming Sommelier Dan’s white wine of the summer. ☀️🥂
