6/2/14 We were given Christy's name by a family friend and were so excited to find that she would come watch our kiddos at our hotel! We were able to spend the day at the beach without worrying about our 6 week old being in the sun too much. We were able to take our three year old out for a little while and then bring her back to Christy after she had gotten tired of playing. Christy is a very sweet lady and did great with the kids. We felt comfortable with her even with the first phone call. It was nice to find someone we could trust to keep them even while on vacation. We will definitely recommend her to our friends in the future.
5/14/14 We were so thrilled to find Christy. She came to our beach house twice while we were on vacation so that we could have some kid-free time. She was wonderful and the kids loved her. 1/17/14 Christy is awesome! She has helped us with our 2 year old son for the past several months. He has a disorder that requires him to be tube fed and also needs breathing treatments on occasion. 4/16/12 We found Christy on Care.com and have been having her watch our 3 children for several months now. She was really helpful when my husband was deployed and it was great to have a "second mommy" around and not have to worry if my kids were torturing a 16 year old babysitter. I knew that Christy could handle anything that might come up and I didn't have to worry. I was able to grocery shop and get my work out in without having to lug the kids around as well. It was nice to have a couple of kid free days per week to help me keep my sanity. Christy is great with the kids and really spends quality time with them. 4/29/11 - Christy watched my 2 year old son daily for three weeks while our regular, longstanding caregiver was on leave. I was worried about having a new person in our home, but Christy did a fantastic job! In addition to the normal duties of monitoring a 2 year olds play, Christy really worked hard with Evan on age appropriate developmental skills, including coloring, jumping, and speaking more clearly with longer phrases. Christy used songs and stories to help him learn new words and phrases - love this! Evan really liked her a lot and learned a lot in her care. Overall, I'd say that Christy is thoughtful, organized, responsible person with excellent judgement.
