Little job we knocked down at the shop. Bruce Turner added some cosmetic tig material in, we made the rivet hole that was gone and re painted. Not perfection but it’s pretty close.

All stock polished wheels‼️

For years now, it has been my professional advice to customers that wheels were polished from the factory were beyond repair when the clear starts breaking down and that replacement was the only viable option. With the advent of our ceramic polishing machine, we are now able to strip and polish these wheels to a standard where replacement is no longer necessary.

We anticipate installing the ceramic polishing machine in mid-May. To secure your project booking, kindly notify us, and we will prioritize a 7-day turnaround time. The polishing process requires approximately 10 hours of work per wheel due to its complexity. Following a thorough market evaluation, we have selected the Rosler machine, widely regarded as the industry gold standard, over less compatible alternatives.

To all of you excited about the ceramic polishing machine. The company hit us with a surprise that there would be a 11,000$ Terrif when we pick up from port. So we are exploring new options here in the states and Canada. It’s not an easy process because the market is flooded with junk machines company’s are getting from over sees and re branding so zero tech support.keep checking back with us because I can assure you it will happen in the near future!!
