Carpenter Creek is just one block from Ascension Sacred Heart and Cordova Mall and a slew of other business. What you’re seeing in this picture is what should be preserved for the public and to prevent stormwater run off in to the creek. When this tree canopy is gone it cannot be restored. Can you image what it would be like if the public had the same opportunity to enjoy this spot similar to the Headwater Park on Olive Rd?
