Everyone,

My wife Ashley Burton Rowzee is back on her feet with a walker. She is also possibly getting moved out of the ICU today. She is very strong and will still be 6 months before 100%. Also I want to really thank everyone for sharing and giving to the GoFundMe. I am forever grateful to you! Also Andrew Rowzee will run light days starting next week but will not be running full blast with calls for Florida Man Residential. Everyone,

Right now I am extremely demoralized. Ashley Burton Rowzee is still on a ventilator, high white blood cell count, and still been running a daily fever. Please keep her in your prayers and continued support. I don't believe I will be able to run calls Tuesday September 1st like I hoped and right now can't even think about appliance repair or running a business.

I appreciate everyone's understanding. Majority owner Ashley Burton Rowzee is on road to recovery and another surgery scheduled. Andrew Rowzee is doing the best he is able too at this time. We appreciate everyone's patience as this has been a very wild 2 weeks. We wanted to keep this private but too many people are reaching out. She is stable and hopefully can recover because I was scared to death of losing her. I need everyone to be UNDERSTANDING right now. Thank you.

Ashley Burton Rowzee continued prayers and support. Andrew Rowzee is still running calls and supporting what he is in position too at this moment. Everyone's prayers and support right now are very needed. My wife is hopefully will be in recovery soon. As soon as she is able will have her reach out to people.

Everyone,

Going Forward if you have an LG Global Refrigerator and it is not cooling and a compressor issue under 10 years old Florida Man Residential will NOT be servicing them going forward. LG is not honoring their compressor warranties and it is a major pain point for our business right now. If you're referred to contact us that's fine we can still come do the diagnosis but if it is a sealed system in 10 years LG will need to send someone with a compressor. Florida Man Residential will not be front loading close to a $500 part. I refuse. Too many issues getting reimbursed back. Thank you everyone for understanding.
