We’re excited to welcome two new team members to Paradigm Parachute & Defense - Jeremy and Steve!

Jeremy | Engineer
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of West Florida and Pensacola native, Jeremy brings hands-on experience with mechanical systems, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies. With a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency, he’s already making an impact. Outside of work, you’ll find him jet skiing, shark fishing, or at the gym.

Steve | Day Shift Production Supervisor
Steve joins Paradigm with 12 years of active-duty Army service as a Parachute Rigger, including 8 years supporting the Special Operations community and 4 years at Yuma Proving Grounds as a test parachutist. His expertise spans personnel and cargo aerial delivery, with credentials that include Static Line Jumpmaster, Military Free Fall Jumpmaster, FAA Master Parachute Rigger, and Aerial Delivery Load Inspector.

We’re excited to welcome Selena to the Paradigm Parachute & Defense team as our new HR Manager!

A Pensacola native with a Bachelor’s in HR Management from the University of West Florida, Selena brings over five years of experience in human resources and is SHRM-CP certified. Her passion lies in creating a workplace where every team member feels supported, represented, and valued.

When she’s not welcoming new hires or guiding the onboarding process, you can find her traveling with her husband (her high school sweetheart of nearly 12 years!) or spending time with their two dogs, Kilo and Millie.
