I am offering "Service Plans" as of today to customers whom desire to enroll. Plan will be similar to what home warranty companies offer. An advantage of having a service plan through My Company instead of a home warranty company is expediance of the job completed and failure resolved, by the same company that you have the service plan through. Home warranty companies Sub-Contract your claim to other repair companies.......There will be none of that. We will be handeling your repair and have a tech within our company dispatched within 3 days of being notified of the issue. Terms will be as follows:
Plan agreement includes all brands of Residential kitchen and laundry Appliances. A tech will be dispatched to obtain pics and model info on all appliances covered. Service Plan Cost is $37.99 per month, Which will cover all basic parts and installations, As long as customer's account is in the positive for the repair. If customer has paid less than the repair cost towards their account, it is considered negative and customer is responsible for half of the repair cost....IE $120.00 labor charge, Plus Part cost and taxes, minus diagnosis charge of $50.00. Diagnosis of failure will have a 50.00 Charge. Basic Parts are not to exceed $100.00 Retail cost, any cost over that amount will be the responsibility of the customer. Basic Labor cost is not to exceed $120.00, any cost over that amount will be the responsibility of the customer.
