3 CMEs.... 1 single impact! This will likely bring the Northern Lights into the US the evening of 04 June. How far south? That's the question, but wont be surprised to see it dip fairly further south than usual. Wouldn't be surprised to reach the Mid-Atlantic, and down through the Midwest! Keep an eye to the sky, Thursday night!

Have to share this! My buddy Hunter Clifton Outten and Outten Astrophotography managed to capture a Supernova AS IT HAPPENED! We have always seen a supernova after an eruption has begun, but I don't recall anyone ever capturing a Supernova AS IT STARTED! Great work (and luck), dude! Your work is always spectacular! If you haven't followed is Astrophotography page yet, go check him out!

VERY COOL PHOTO! Let me explain.

Here is a photo of a solar eclipse, seen from the perspective of the Artemis II crew. Notice anything different, compared to an eclipse seen from Earth?! Hint... you notice that crescent of light on the left side of the moon? How is that lit, if the Sun is on the other side? THAT IS EARTHLIGHT!!! The same concept of "moonlight", where, with moonlight, that's the light from the sun reflecting off the moon, this Earthlight is the light from the Sun, reflecting OFF THE EARTH, and landing on the moon, giving that little crescent of light on the dark side! SO COOL!

Beautiful.
