🚛 We're Hiring: Route Planner & Customer Service Coordinator

Gilmore is growing, and we're looking for someone who thrives on solving logistical puzzles, keeping schedules on track, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As our Routing & Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be at the center of our daily operations, helping plan and optimize service routes, coordinate dispatch activities, support drivers, and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing efficiency, problem-solving, and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
✅ Plan and manage daily service schedules and routes
✅ Coordinate dispatch activities and scheduling changes
✅ Optimize route efficiency and capacity utilization
✅ Communicate with customers regarding schedules, ETAs, and service updates
✅ Support drivers with route questions and operational issues
✅ Monitor fleet and driver performance using Samsara GPS technology
✅ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, fuel usage, and service delivery

Who We're Looking For
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
✔ Someone comfortable managing changing priorities and fast-moving schedules
✔ Experience in route-based service, delivery operations, dispatching, routing, or logistics is highly preferred
