OFFICE CLOSURE NOTICE

Due to Hurricane Isaias and the potential impacts to our area, the Gilmore offices in Pensacola, Florida, and Mobile, Alabama, will be closed on Friday, October 9, 2026.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, October 12, 2026.

Our Montgomery, Alabama, and Marianna and Tallahassee, Florida, locations will remain open and operate as normal.

Please stay safe and take the necessary precautions as the storm approaches. We appreciate your understanding and hope everyone remains safe.

Due to the forecasted weather, our Community-Wide Shred-A-Thon scheduled for this Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds has been cancelled.

We know many of you were looking forward to joining us, and we apologize for any inconvenience! We will announce a make-up date as soon as it is confirmed.

Please join us in welcoming Isabel Aixinjueluo to the Gilmore team!

Isabel joins Gilmore as our new Routing Planner and Customer Service Coordinator, bringing more than six years of experience in operations, logistics, and business consulting.

Most recently, Isabel served as an Operations Assistant with Elogistics Service Corp. in Atlanta, where she supported last-mile delivery operations, including dispatch coordination, route design, and fleet performance tracking. Prior to that, she spent nearly four years as a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young in Beijing, supporting complex operational and corporate digital transformation projects.

Isabel brings an impressive educational background as well, holding a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Trine University, a Master of Science in Luxury Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida International University.

We’re excited to have Isabel on board and look forward to the experience, knowledge, and fresh perspective she’ll bring to our team!

Sydney, a proud 4th generation Gilmore, spent the day learning about leadership, hiring, and what it takes to build a great team.
Work ethic, responsibility, and valuing people are lessons that can't be taught from a textbook. They are learned through experience. Proud of her and excited to see what the future holds.

Gilmore is growing, and we're looking for someone who thrives on solving logistical puzzles, keeping schedules on track, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As our Routing & Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be at the center of our daily operations, helping plan and optimize service routes, coordinate dispatch activities, support drivers, and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing efficiency, problem-solving, and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
✅ Plan and manage daily service schedules and routes
✅ Coordinate dispatch activities and scheduling changes
✅ Optimize route efficiency and capacity utilization
✅ Communicate with customers regarding schedules, ETAs, and service updates
✅ Support drivers with route questions and operational issues
✅ Monitor fleet and driver performance using Samsara GPS technology
✅ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, fuel usage, and service delivery

Who We're Looking For
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
✔ Someone comfortable managing changing priorities and fast-moving schedules
✔ Experience in route-based service, delivery operations, dispatching, routing, or logistics is highly preferred
