Weight loss without exercise is 80% muscle loss. Losing just 10 Lbs takes away 100 lbs of pressure off your joints. So if you lose weight and don't build muscles at the same time just think about what that does to your body. This why I'm at the Gym 5 days a week do cardio 3 days a week and walk at least 5 miles a day. I want tp be unbreakable if I fall. Balance is a good start at building core to keep yourself from falling.
