đł Planting Seeds for a Different Financial Future đł
Growing up, I was taught the basicsâŚ
Go to school.
Get a âgood education.â
Get a âgood jobâ with âgood benefits.â
Open a bank account.
Keep a life insurance policy in place.
And honestly⌠I thought that was the blueprint.
It wasnât until I changed my 23-year-long career after COVID that I realized how much I didnât know about money.
I didnât know the different ways money could grow.
I didnât understand the 4 Homes of Money.
I didnât know about living benefits or how certain financial strategies could serve you while youâre living, not just after youâre gone.
Some people were privileged to have access to this knowledge early in life. They were taught how money works, how to protect it, how to grow it, and how to use it as a tool to create options for their future.
I didnât have that advantage.
But what Iâve learned is thisâŚ
Just because I wasnât taught it doesnât mean my bloodline has to remain uninformed.
đą Iâm planting different seeds.
Holding my grandson today while we both hold this tree means so much more to me than a picture.
It represents knowledge.
It represents growth.
It represents protection.
It represents legacy.
It represents the roots Iâm creating today so the generations after me can stand on stronger ground.
My mission is to make sure my bloodline has the knowledge, tools, and confidence I didnât have growing up.
Because generational change doesnât always begin with moneyâŚ
Sometimes, it begins with a conversation.
A question.
A lesson.
A decision to learn something different.
đł I may not have inherited the blueprint⌠but Iâm building one.
And Iâm determined to leave behind more than a financial legacy.
I want to leave behind financial knowledge.
Because when you know betterâŚ
you can do better.
And when you teach the next generationâŚthey can start further ahead than you did.
đą Plant the seed. Learn the lesson. Build the legacy.
