Watermelon Honey! No Sugar added! 1 ingredient! Easy recipe ♥ 🍉🍯
Ingredients:
- 1 large watermelon

Instructions:
1. Cut the watermelon into chunks, removing the seeds and rind.

2. Place the watermelon chunks in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Pour the pureed watermelon into a large pot or saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.

4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the watermelon simmer for about 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until it has thickened to a jam-like consistency.

5. Keep an eye on the jam and stir more frequently as it thickens to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

6. Once the watermelon jam has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool completely.

7. Transfer the cooled jam into sterilized jars or containers and store them in the refrigerator.

8. Enjoy your homemade sugar-free watermelon jam on toast, pancakes, yogurt, or as a topping for desserts! 🍉

"🌮🍞 Navajo Tacos (Indian Fry Bread) 🍞🌮

Here's how to make delicious Navajo Tacos with Indian Fry Bread:

Ingredients:

For the Fry Bread:

3 cups all-purpose flour
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons softened butter or ghee
1 ¼ cup whole milk
3 cups vegetable oil for frying
Savory Toppings:

1 lb ground beef (80/20)
2 tbsp Steak fajita seasoning or Homemade Taco Seasoning
15 oz black beans, drained
2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
3 plum tomatoes, diced
Sour cream
Queso sauce or shredded cheese of choice
Sweet Version:

Honey
Powdered Sugar
Instructions:

1️⃣ Make the Dough: Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and butter until crumbly. Make a well, pour in milk, and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

2️⃣ Form Dough: Roll into a log, divide into 12 pieces, roll each into a ball, then flatten into 6-inch circles. Prick with a fork.

3️⃣ Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry each dough circle for 30 seconds on one side, flip, fold into a taco shell, and fry until golden.

4️⃣ Prepare Toppings: If making savory tacos, brown the ground beef with seasoning, prepare other toppings.

Ingredients for Pork Skewers:

1 kg pork, cut into 1 cm thick pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 potatoes, sliced
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black ground pepper
0.5 tsp paprika
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 onions, cut into rings
Bacon slices (optional)
Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Ketchup, 1 tbsp
Honey, 1 tsp
French mustard, 1 tsp

Ingredients for Red Cabbage Salad:

300g red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 tsp salt
1 shallot, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil

Smothered Chicken with Creamed Spinach

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until they begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Lower the heat and add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and nutmeg. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the chicken and bacon to the skillet. Spoon the creamed spinach and mushroom sauce over the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the chicken is reheated and everything is well combined.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Strawberry Bread 🍓🍓🍓Don’t lose this recipe‼️
Ingredients
For the Bread:
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups diced strawberries
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
For the Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/3 cup finely diced strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract
1-2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk** (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, milk, oil, egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
In a small bowl, toss together the strawberries and the 2 tablespoons of flour to coat the strawberries. Fold the floured strawberries gently into the batter.
Pour the bread batter into a greased 9"x5" bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center of the bread should come out clean. Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes, then remove the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the glaze, combine the powdered sugar, melted butter, diced strawberries and extract in a small bowl. Mix until it is smooth.
Once the bread is cool, spread the glaze on top of the bread. Slice and serve.
