WATER DAMAGE IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you have water in your basement from the storms please make sure to call 309-692-1990 to set up services. We will need to collect your contact information and a project manager will call you when they are available. See below for important information!

1. We need to know the water has stopped coming in the basement. We cannot set equipment for the dryout when the leak is still active. This would include making sure your sump pump is working. Its a good idea to contact a plumber. They will confirm the source of loss and you can use that to inquire about coverage with your insurance carrier.

2. We must have power on at the home or business to start the dryout.

3. Please make sure to check with your insurance carrier for coverage. Water mitigation services can be multiple thousands of dollars just to get the job sanitary and dry. Please be aware of your involvement in the possible costs whether insurance is involved or not. Our project managers will do our best to explain the possible costs but there is no way to accurately price a water mitigation job before the job starts.

4. Due to the amount of affected customers there may be a delay in our emergency response. This may be a few hours or more. Please make sure to give your name, address, phone number, claim number, and other job info to our team members and we will assign you a water restoration crew as soon as possible.
