I had the pleasure of attending yet another powerful, amazing vbac birth last month. Being a vbac momma myself, these are always extra special for me. To be able to behold a strong, confident mother have the birth she's always wanted and prepared long and hard for is truly amazing. Emily was so calm and ready for what was to come. She had a long and hard labor, much of it before I even arrived. But through the many hours of labor and very little sleep, she was still SO excited and ready to meet her baby girl. I've truly never seen someone so excited about the task of pushing before lol. Congratulations Emily + Steve, thanks again for having me along on your journey!

Here is a sneak peek for Kim from her birth two weeks ago. A beautiful, peaceful birth in their home, where Kim + Ben welcomed a beautiful, chunky little baby boy. This one started around 3am and ended with beautiful morning light streaming in. Just perfect. Got to attend this one with two of my best girls, Malory & Brande

Last Wednesday I got shoot an amazing birth. Although it was incredibly fast, lol...it was no less full of emotion and beauty. I left my house after getting the kids off to school, roughly 2hrs after receiving the first text that labor had begun. As I pulled in the driveway, they were already preparing to leave for the hospital. This incredibly strong and controlled momma had already started involuntarily pushing. But she made it! You'll see in the photos, she was being wheeled onto the elevator by her doula, Marcia. I checked the timestamps on my photos and their beautiful baby girl made her appearance just 6 minutes later!! Wow. Thank you so much Jessica & Aaron for having me along for your wild ride. Definitely a birth I won't soon forget :)
