Melissa Flesch PA-C graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in May of 2016 with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She focused her studies on Pediatrics and completed coursework and clinical rotations in Pediatric outpatient medicine, Congenital Heart Disease, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, and Pediatric Intensive Care. She also takes a special interest in Pediatric obesity and metabolic disease which was the focus of her research and thesis statement in graduate school. She looks forward to helping families and patients understand common pediatric ailments and helping children grow in a healthy way. She is very excited to work with families in Phoenix! In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, baking, running, and hanging out with cat

Vivian Toma, PA-C graduated from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida in 2014 with a Master of Clinical Medical Sciences (MCMSc) in Physician Assistant Studies. She received her bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences-Life Sciences, from Arizona State University. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She has been involved with medical mission trips in the past which is something she can’t wait to do again. Vivian joined Pleasant Pediatrics in 2016. She enjoys working with children and educating them about their health and loves hearing about their future goals and interests.
Vivian is originally from San Jose, California and grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, watching sports, and exploring local eateries and events.

Elizabeth Tolman, PA-C graduated with her Masters in Physician Assistant studies from Midwestern University in 2014 and has been with Pleasant Pediatrics ever since!

She received her bachelors degree from the University of Northern Colorado, in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She is an academic at heart and loves science. Elizabeth likes to educate patients and parents on the physiologic processes and looks forward to working with your family.

Elizabeth is a Colorado native but met her Arizona native spouse at school and then planted roots in Northwest Phoenix. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her young family, including her 13 nieces and nephews! She also loves hiking, swimming, eating delicious food, and traveling with her family.
