At a men’s breakfast at Holy Family this morning. I was not raised in the Catholic Church and do not attend Catholic services now. Yet I thoroughly enjoy coming to this event and sharing a meal, time, conversation and prayer with these men.
Fellowship with men who love Jesus and want to live a Godly life as a blessing to others, is such an awesome gift on a Saturday morning. To hear life experiences and lessons of people in the room is very calming and rewarding for me.
We watched a video on the Eucharist and how it brings such a powerful meaning to our faith in Jesus, The Father, Holy Spirit, and the sacrifice, the Body and Blood of Jesus. That he willingly sacrificed to save (redeem) each person who accepts this gift.
Who is Jesus to you. That is the question that really matters and gets to the core of faith and what you believe.
