ELM Utility Services Expands Operations with Major Charter Contract Win
ELM Utility Services (“ELM”) is proud to announce a significant expansion following the award of a new contract with Charter Communications, Inc. (“Charter”). This expanded partnership with Charter marks an exciting chapter for ELM, extending our footprint in nine states and reinforcing our commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality utility services nationwide.
Through this partnership, ELM will support Charter operations across a mix of existing service territories and newly launched states, including:
• Colorado
• Oregon
• Missouri
• Texas
• Kansas
• Nebraska
• New Mexico
• Wyoming
• Washington
To support this expansion, ELM expects to add approximately 500 new employees, creating jobs and strengthening operations across these regions. This growth reflects both the trust placed in ELM by Charter and the dedication of our employees, who continue to deliver industry-leading service every day.
