SYSTEM INITIATION: OPERATION NOURISH THE FUTURE! 🚀

Target Objective: Wipe out local hunger.
Mission Timeline: September 25th – November 11th, 2026.
Drop-off Coordinates: Our main office (Open Monday–Friday during business hours).

Attention time travelers, every year, our facilities and offices battle it out in an epic food shelf collection competition. This year, the theme is The Eras, and our squad has warped straight into the FUTURISTIC ERA!🪐We will be competing against different time periods, from the medieval times to the 80s, and all working together to help present day hunger.

We are scanning the horizon 30+ years into the future. Where will healthcare be? Will we be riding in anti-gravity flying saucers? Will robot nurses be checking our vitals? Are we looking at a world with advanced tech, cures for diseases, and a complete eradication of dementia? The future is unwritten, but one thing is certain: hunger shouldn't exist in any timeline.
BUT...WE NEED YOUR HELP!📦We are gathering non-perishable goods for our local food shelf. If your pantry has any extra rations to spare, transport them to our office during business hours.

Double Work Anniversary Celebration! 🎉We are incredibly proud to celebrate two powerhouses on our team from back in July! 🤩 Please join us in congratulating Jobeth and Vanessa on their major milestones!💙

Jobeth – our Director of Operations of 4 years, is truly a "jack of all trades" who wears many hats to ensure our communities have exactly what they need. She brings a wealth of clinical and operational expertise, as well as state survey readiness. As an RN, she provides invaluable knowledge to both our clinical leadership and building directors. Beyond her expertise, Jobeth brings a fun-loving, charismatic, positive and down-to-earth energy that makes everyone around her feel deeply cared for, comfortable, and fully supported. She is always there to lend a helping hand and bring light to each person she works with! We look forward to her continued leadership!✨

Vanessa – our Marketing Director of 5 years, supports our communities across marketing, HR, workman’s compensation, and director support. Holding her LALD license and having served as a former Assisted Living Director, Vanessa knows first-hand what the day-to-day operations truly look like. She has consistently been a rock for our buildings, helping teams navigate challenges, introducing creative ideas and celebrating wins and milestones. She always goes above and beyond to ensure our communities feel genuinely loved and supported and genuinely cared for each person and facility she works with by how she leads! We look forward to her continued impact!✨

Jenni, (Executive Director / Director of Wellness, RN) has been leading the way with for 12 stellar years as the RN and Director in Iowa. She brings a wealth of knowledge/expertise, kindness, and positive energy to work every single day. Known for her go-getter and passionate work ethic and great sense of humor, Jenni creates a calm, fun work environment where everyone thrives. Her facility is always beautifully run, her residents are happy, her staff is excellent, and her overall operations are incredibly successful. We are so thankful for her leadership and truly blessed for all she does!🙌🏼

Rachael, (Director in Crosslake (2 Years as Director / 3+ Years Total), celebrated two years as the Crosslake director! Rachael’s calm energy, down-to-earth nature, and genuine compassion shine through in everything she does. She is a "take the bull by the horns" leader with an above-and-beyond work ethic, creating a highly successful and well-run environment. We are so blessed for all she has accomplished, and we deeply appreciate how she makes her building run smoothly while always stepping up to help our other sites!🙌🏼

Her absolute favorite aspect of the job is building deeply meaningful relationships with our residents—listening to their incredible stories, learning about their lives, and ensuring they always feel valued, respected, and truly cared for. As Operations Coordinator, she loves collaborating directly with residents and their families to ensure we are delivering the highest standard of personalized care possible for every single individual

Our management team truly is the BEST!✨
We had an amazing time at our annual Christmas dinner—an evening filled with so much laughter, stories, and unforgettable memories. From White Elephant gift exchanges to celebrating Jobeth’s birthday with cake, balloons, and presents, the night was absolutely perfect! 🎂🎁

We’ve had our Christmas party for a few years now, and it never disappoints.🙌🏼 The upstairs privacy gives our team the perfect space to relax and enjoy quality time together, and the food is always incredible!👏🏼 So, thank you to the Wharf for the amazing hospitality!
