This is reality of my busy life!

I love my clients and my part time job but some days I feel like that kids toy with the dying batteries!

I actually drove to the office yesterday but the way home was a flashback to the years of commuting when I was working full time!

The muscle memory of struggling in rush hour traffic or even falling asleep at the red light.

No amount of caffeine was going to help me push forward!

I got home safely even with the snow falling and sticking to the roads. IYKYK and went straight to bed for a nap!

Three hours later my 🪫 was barely enough to enjoy dinner and a few hours of the evening! I was hardly able to function!

This morning I realized this was a warning from my body. In April I had ignored warnings and found myself at the doctors for months with uncontrollable high blood pressure.

Don’t wait for the warning signs! The work will be there for you! This isn’t the highlight reel that you normally see from business owners but it’s more like the reality reel!!! It comes with all the good things in life.

Just a life reminder!!!!

Today is Small Business Saturday!

A day to celebrate and support small businesses and all they do for our community.

Being a small business, I am very thankful to my clients for allowing me to be an integral part of their team in this last several years!

Being told you have cancer will not only change your life but also the life of your family members!

As every appointment approaches we hope for no changes! We know how fast melanoma changed our life on 9/30/07!

I’m so glad to know that there are others like me that are survivors! This is not the club you want to be a part of but when I was diagnosed I didn’t know anyone that had walked that path!

Thanks for all the support to my loves and melahomies!

Just remember skin cancer isn’t something simple! We only have one skin to care for!

The holiday season is among us! You don't have to buy from a small business to support them. There are so many ✨FREE ✨ways you can support all your favorite small businesses!

I’m all for the cyber sales and Black Friday deals but supporting a small business is about a family!

The best gift you can give a small business owner is a referral!!! They have become my best clients!

Since the pandemic mental health counselors have become in such demand and there is so much back work that needs to be done for each patient. I help them get paid by insurance companies so they can focus on their patients!

The official countdown has begun!

I have always dreamt of being in Paris for my birthday to see the fireworks at the Eiffel Tower!

I was supposed to be born on July 4th but didn’t arrive until the 14th.

In 24 months I will be right here experiencing my ultimate lifelong bucket list event!!!
