🚛 CDL DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be at least 25 years old
- Must possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience
- Good driving record
- Must meet DOT requirements
- Safety-minded, dependable, and professional

💪 LOADER REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Able to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Willing to work as part of a team

✅ REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds as part of regular job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Commitment to workplace safety and excellent customer service

Well, I just found out today is Eddy's birthday, and I couldn't let the day end without wishing this wonderful man a very Happy Birthday!

Eddy and his wife started out as customers of JR Disposal. Every single pickup day, they would have a cooler sitting out for our guys, filled with drinks, snacks, treats, and even sandwiches! Just their way of showing appreciation and making sure our crew was taken care of. That's just the kind of wonderful, thoughtful people they are!

Little did we know back then that Eddy would eventually become part of the JR Disposal team himself! And I can tell you, he has been an absolute blessing to us! He's one of those genuinely good-hearted people who makes the world a little better just by being in it. We are so thankful that what started as a customer relationship turned into something so much more.

Eddy, we hope you've had the most wonderful birthday! You deserve to be celebrated, appreciated, and reminded of just how special you are. Thank you for the kindness you've always shown our crew, for the blessing you've been to our company, and most importantly, for simply being the wonderful person you are.
