When we sent out this month's newsletter and announcements, our software decided to keep things interesting and failed to attach the file. Rather than resend the email and have everyone wondering if we've completely lost our minds, we're posting the inserts here for you instead.

Folks ask us all the time why we created the JR Disposal Wolfpack.

Well... today is a pretty good example.

The Wolfpack was created for people who understand the difference between having a conversation and just showing up to be a ni**od.

Every now and then, someone wanders onto our page, completely misses the point, leaves a comment they thought was clever, and accidentally helps our post reach even more people.

For that, we'd like to say thank you.

🗑️ HAPPY NATIONAL GARBAGE MAN DAY! 🗑️

Today we're giving a huge shoutout to the absolute legends of the trash world ...the JR Disposal crew.

While most people are still hitting snooze, these fine specimens are already out there dodging wild animals, battling Texas heat, surviving mystery smells that should probably require a hazmat suit, and keeping our communities clean one cart at a time.

Let's be honest...

💪 Strongest in the land? Probably.
💪 Hardest working in the land? Absolutely.
💪 Best looking in the land? We have the photographic evidence.
💪 Sexiest garbage crew in America?

We aren't saying it's official... but we're also not saying it's NOT official.

These men and women haul tons of trash every week, deal with weather that changes personalities every 15 minutes, and somehow still manage to show up with a smile and a sense of humor.

So if you see a JR Disposal team member today, give them a wave, a thank you, a cold drink, or at the very least don't chase them down the road because you forgot to put your trash out. 😆

❤️🖤 Happy Monday, Wolfpack Family! 🖤❤️

As many of you know, our last post was one that was very difficult for our family to make. We are incredibly grateful for the prayers, messages, and support that have been poured out on our family during this time.

As we step into a new week, our prayer is simple: that God watches over our team, our customers, our friends, and our families. May He keep everyone safe, healthy, and blessed in the days ahead.

I'll continue doing my best to keep everyone updated on company news, community events, Wolfpack happenings, trash talk, and all the good stuff you've come to expect from our page. Fair warning, though... my laugh-o-meter may have a slight hitch in its get-along for a little while. 😅 So if the jokes aren't quite firing on all cylinders, hang in there with me.

Now, let's have a little real conversation.

Over the next couple of weeks, we're going to be balancing business responsibilities while also honoring and celebrating the life of Jack Richardson Sr. We will continue providing the same dependable service our customers expect, because that's what we do.

What we won't be doing is entertaining unnecessary hostility.

If a temporary $3 monthly fuel surcharge causes more stress than the weekly coffee runs, cigarette purchases, fast-food stops, energy drinks, or salon appointments we all find room in our budgets for, then perhaps the problem isn't JR Disposal.

We understand that everyone is watching their finances, and we respect that. We simply ask for the same respect in return. Our team members are hardworking people with families, bills, responsibilities, and hearts. They deserve kindness.

So let's make this a good week.

Be kind.
Be patient.
Take care of each other.

💙🇺🇸 A MESSAGE FROM THE RICHARDSON FAMILY & TEAM JR DISPOSAL 🇺🇸💙

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Jack Richardson Sr., lovingly known as "Cadillac Jack."

On June 13, 2026, at 10:56 PM, Jack peacefully went to be with the Lord after 83 years of a life well lived.

Many of you knew Jack as the smiling face at community events, the proud Navy veteran, the man with the beautiful blue eyes, the love for classic Cadillacs, and the gift of conversation. He never met a stranger and could turn a simple conversation into a lifelong friendship.

While Jack was not involved in the daily operations of JR Disposal, his values helped shape the Richardson family and the principles upon which our company was built: faith, hard work, integrity, service to others, and treating people like family.

Today, we celebrate a man who loved his family deeply, served his country honorably, and left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Though our hearts are heavy, we find peace in knowing that he is no longer suffering and is now resting in the presence of his Savior.

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."

We humbly ask for your prayers for his son, Little Jack; his daughter, Amanda; his daughter-in-law, Teri; his son-in-law, Bill; his granddaughter, Natasha; his beloved wife, Susie; and our entire Richardson family as we navigate the days ahead.

We are incredibly grateful for the love, prayers, calls, messages, meals, and support that have already been shown to our family. Your kindness has meant more than words can express.

Rest easy, Cadillac Jack.

Happy Friday from JR Disposal!

It has been brought to our attention that a large corporate waste company has been making the rounds, placing flyers directly on JR Disposal containers. This "Summer" special is as appealing as a freshly made hot summer dooty.

Now, we're in the trash business, but even we have to admit... that's a little trashy. 😉

At JR Disposal, we've always believed that business should be earned through honest service, reliability, and taking care of customers... not by attaching advertisements to someone else's equipment.

If you happen to receive one of these "too good to be true" offers, we simply encourage you to do your homework.

Before making any decision, take a moment to:

✅ Read the reviews
✅ Ask about contracts
✅ Ask about additional fees
✅ Compare long-term pricing, not just introductory specials
✅ Consider the level of service you'll receive after the promotion ends
✅ Ask what that company does for your community

Do they support your local schools?

Do they sponsor youth sports teams, FFA, 4-H, rodeos, and community events?

Do they donate to local nonprofits and organizations that serve local families?
