Dear valued customers,

Please be patient with us if you have sent us an email and we have not responded.

We literally get 400 to 500 spam emails a day and we have to sift through to see if there are any valid customers in that folder.

I have tried several strategies to lessen the amount of emails that don't go to our main folder but nothing works and it's only getting worse. IE: rules, blocking email addresses....

We are thinking we may have to change the email address that we have had for many, many years due to this time wasting, aggravating situation.

I’m designing a new logo for my Jiu-Jitsu class. We have it down to a layout but now I have to tweak it to accommodate different color uniforms. Should be complete by Tuesday. Kind of excited to see the final design.

It’s almost time for me to leave for my trip to study Martial Arts in South Korea. Graphic Concepts will be closed until Oct 3rd. You can send an email but I won’t be answering the phone.

I would like to keep our customers up to date on what is happening here at Graphic Concepts.

Seems life is getting pretty busy around here not only with work but with life in general so we wanted to post our schedule just in case we don't return calls during some periods of time. I will try to update our outgoing message to reflect this information but I am not always prompt with that.

These are the date when Graphic Concepts will be closed:

July 26th to Aug 2nd, 2019
Aug 8th to Aug 16th, 2019
Sept 21st to Oct 2nd, 2019
Oct 29th to Nov 01, 2019

Being closed so many weeks in a short period of time is very unusual for Graphic Concepts compared to years past but for some reason life has thrown a lot of commitments our direction that need our attention.

In between the dates stated we will continue to give the same efficient and professional products and installations that Graphic Concepts was built on and our customers have become to expect.

It’s back from vacation and back to work. Busy returning calls, email, text and making our schedule. If we missed you give us a ring.

Graphic Concepts will be closed for vacation from June 8th till June 22. We have scheduled for all orders to be out by then either by pick up or mail. We are fast approaching the cut off date for taking new orders until after we get back. If you have any questions you can give us a call at 951.333.2903.
