Seasonal temperature changes have a way of showing up later in the sump.

A rise in ambient heat can accelerate evaporation, shift concentration, and create better conditions for bacterial growth.

Colder periods bring their own issues with dilution, corrosion protection, storage conditions, and startup performance.

Most of those problems build gradually, which is why they are easy to miss until odor, rust, or shortened fluid life makes them obvious.
