FORTé is built upon a
strong base of experience spanning from non-profit photo journalistic documentary to capturing amazing Special FX creations by top professionals in the creative industry...and many things in-between. Specializing in creating customized images for commercial and private clientele. Kaye is bringing back the true experience of Fine Art Photography to her clients. Each custom collection session spans 4 - 8 (or more) hours of time spent with her clients. Personally designing each session around their personality and/or visual goal. The custom sessions are as unique as each client. "Our (short session) is booked for up to 2hrs of shooting time. It just simply feels incomplete when my time to get to know my client is cut so short in comparison to a "mini session" you see advertised everywhere. I plan every custom detail together with each client. I make or find props/wardrobe needed. Book a set stylist, hair/make up stylist and scout shooting locations for each session. On the day of shooting: There is a warm up time needed to get comfortable with a camera on you. We play music and laugh to smooth nerves and guide the mood for the look I want to capture. Then, the creative magic begins once I start editing the images." Not only does Forté collaborate with other professionals for their shoots, but they also mentor teens who are interested in the arts field. They learn hands on with real clients to build their knowledge and portfolio. Photography, set design, clothing, hair, makeup....you name it.
