What’s your enemy to progress right now? ☹️

One of the biggest obstacles to success isn’t a lack of skill or opportunity—it’s the hesitation before we begin. We tell ourselves we’ll be ready when the timing is right, when life is less chaotic, when we feel more confident—but waiting doesn’t always move us forward. It can be a trap.

📌Here are five hidden blocks that keep us stuck in survival mode instead of stepping into thriving:

1. Perfectionism – The belief that everything must be flawless before you begin is a trap. Progress is born from imperfection.

Your inner voice is the most powerful guide you have—listen closely. ✨

The world is loud right now. Distractions pull at us, filling the space with endless noise, opinions, and pressures. In that chaos, it’s easy to forget the still small voice within—the one that knows your path, your truth, your direction.

As a teacher of intuition, I believe that voice is more than instinct—it’s the voice of the Spirit of Wisdom within you, your True North 🧭always present, always guiding. But to hear it, we must create space.

Breathe deeply. Slow your nervous system. Get quiet.
Sometimes, I simply face the sun☀️, open myself, and ask:
Adonai (God/Source/Universe), what do You want me to know, be, do or have right now?

Or I bring a question to my heart and ask:
“What is the answer to this dilemma? Where do I go next?”

And sometimes, the hardest part is not forcing an answer but releasing attachment to what we want the answer to be. That’s where true guidance emerges—not from control, but from surrender.

This is a follow-up to my reel where I said, “There’s always a way through.”
Part of the way through is learning to listen within.

✨The world is loud. Go within. Listen. Breathe. Surrender. As crazy as everything looks there is a Divine Plan 🕊️but it needs all of us to listen and align within.

You are here for a reason.

The world can press in, heavy and relentless. Some days, it may feel like too much—too loud, too chaotic, too uncertain. And in those moments, it’s easy to forget your place in it all.

But listen—you matter. Your existence is not an accident. 🕊️Your voice carries weight. 💪🏽 Your presence makes a difference, even on days you can’t feel it. 🥰

Martin Luther King Jr. reminded us: ”Don’t allow anybody to make you feel that you are nobody. Always feel that you count, always feel that you have worth, and always feel that your life has ultimate significance.”

So if today feels overwhelming, if doubt is creeping in, let this be your reminder:
💞You are needed. 💗You belong. 🔥You bring something no one else can.

HUMANITARIAN: A humanitarian is someone who works to improve human welfare, alleviate suffering, and promote social reform. They act out of compassion and empathy to help those in need. ♾️

I look to the days when humanity unifies instead of divides.

In a recent conversation with a relative who was adamant in their political positioning, I found myself saying, “I worship no human. I do not care what political party someone is. I have friends, clients and family members on both sides. I will not embrace a divided ideology. I am unifier. I am a humanitarian.” When it came out of my mouth I landed in a way I could not define until now. The reason I mostly stay out of divided conversations is because polarization rarely holds a conversation of humanity.

We are a one earth people. A sphere is borderless. You cannot explain a circle to one that is convinced that all life is a square.

True evolution of humanity must involve reciprocity.

I encourage all to soften political ideologies and move into embracing being a human. We are all humans on this beautiful blue jewel sphere spinning in space moving through a galaxy in a multidimensional timeline.

I felt sad after that conversation where I was put in a proverbial box because I wouldn’t embrace the box my relative has chosen to idolize.

Some people say to talk about love and peace is spiritual bypass. I say if we do not bridge to a higher love we will miss the purpose and the lessons of our humanity.

When we pass from this world we leave our things and labels behind. We take with us our experiences, healed and unhealed experiences and the love and forgiveness we shared in our humanity.

Will we be marked for our votes, our choices, our actions? What is the determination of our lives?

The Master Jesus said it best “ Love your neighbor as yourself. Do unto others as you would have done to you. “

🌹 What I Know: Love Is Real & Lives Inside You 🌹

As I write this, the fires of Los Angeles continue to leave a wake of devastation.

Over the holidays, my storage locker that held my beloved heirlooms leaked from the heavy rains, resulting in significant loss. I let go. I let God.

I have experienced the emotional devastation of the Lahaina fires, weeping with my community over the loss of life, homes, and livelihoods. I know what it’s like to look through the rubble of a previous residence reduced to ashes, searching for any remnants of the previous life.

I have lived through the Nor Cal fires, the pandemic, and the deaths of family, friends, and true loves.

I share this because I know what it’s like to lose. And therefore, I can speak with conviction: Love Is Real & Lives INSIDE You.❤️‍🩹

You can lose it all but still love if you allow yourself.

Though we grieve for the loss of things and people, what I have found is that we mostly grieve because we think what and whom we love is gone. But I am here to tell you: love is real and lives inside you.

Close your eyes to the devastation of the world and wake up to another world where love lives again. Though the memories of loss continue to be painful and I weep with you for the precious moments of life that are now seemingly gone, I assure you: everything you have loved is not wasted. Because love is real and lives inside you. It always has and always will. ❤️❤️‍🩹💖✊🏽
