It's a snow day for MPS!

Our 8:00am Deep Stretch, 9:15 Total Barre, 10:20 prenatal pilates and all equipment classes and private appointments will be IN STUDIO (studio classes will be livestream via zoom as well).

If you are unable to come to the studio please let us know-your safety is important to us! We can switch you from your in studio class to zoom livestream if you prefer.
