Hanger steak with delicata squash and a Roquefort croquette, built around the Black Star Farms Reserve Cabernet Franc.

The dish was created for our upcoming w**e weekend, one course of Saturday’s dinner, where every dish is paired with a different Black Star Farms w**e. The weekend also includes a Friday welcome and a Saturday tasting.
