After more than 30 years in HR, I’ve seen just about every kind of workplace challenge where doing the right thing isn’t always clear. I've learned that most people issues aren’t just about policies—they’re about values, character, and integrity.

As an HR leader, I’ve always been committed to creating workplaces that are fair, inclusive, and respectful of all people and beliefs. At the same time, I’ve seen how many people struggle with how to live out their faith at work without feeling like they have to hide it or push it on others.

That’s why I wrote this book.

It’s not about telling others what to believe. It’s about helping you handle real workplace situations in ways that align with your values while still respecting those around you.

Basically, reactive support.

Getting the right people in the right seats
Designing and supporting a positive employee experience
Creating clarity, consistency, and accountability across the organization.
Developing leaders and employees.
Identifying issues before they turn into turnover, drama, or risk.
Connecting people strategy to business results.

Good HR isn't just support.
It's infrastructure.

And when it's missing...you feel it everywhere.
