WHEEEW! This is going to be a LOT! But I said I would do better about posting content again about making homes beautiful! This project had a lot of moving pieces (literally). It’s also our second time working on this fabulous home. So here’s what we did….. We leveled the entire home (built on a humongous slant mind you. 1/2 pier & bean and 1/2 concrete). Removed and replaced all the masonry work (brick & stone) with new masonry work and added a retaining wall. Removed and replace the subfloor in the entry way, gutted and rebuilt the powder room(new walls,electrical, plumbing, Sheetrock,etc…), replaced most of the framing in the addition of the home and also installed new siding, electrical and Sheetrock. And last but not least fixed all the cracks from leveling the home. Oh….. and converted the double garage doors to a stand alone wall and exterior french doors. It was a lot but worth for this particular customer. And out of respect for her I’ll refrain from posting must if he before pics.
