What happens when you invest in people and give them the opportunity to grow? You develop stronger leaders who create an impact far beyond themselves.

That’s exactly what the Radiate Program is about — and CP360 is proud to be a sponsor.

Last year, in partnership with U2030, we had the opportunity to add Rebecca Hauser to this incredible 12-month leadership development program.

Each month, participants come together to focus on leadership, coaching, mentoring, and sponsorship — learning from one another while gaining a deeper understanding of what it takes to lead effectively.

Throughout the program, Rebecca expanded her knowledge of the utilities industry, including:

🔹 Reliability, affordability & sustainability
🔹 The financial side of the utility business
🔹 How utilities operate and report to regulators or boards
🔹 The value of leadership, coaching, mentoring & sponsorship
🔹 Understanding the bigger picture behind the business

Her capstone project, “Beyond QA,” brought her learning full circle, exploring how organizations can look beyond traditional quality assurance to create greater opportunities for growth, accountability, and leadership.

We’re incredibly proud of Rebecca and grateful to Radiate and U2030 for creating a program that challenges professionals to learn, grow, and lead with purpose. 🌟
