Inspected the system, fixed issue and explained how to avoid the simple and minor problem so that I would’ve have to worry about it again . He was professional, courteous and honest . Yes , honest . Phillip (technician) came out to check it and was very helpful and professional. Once it was discovered that it was in fact beyond reasonable repair, he waited with me until Mike (sales) arrived.
