To be honest, I need more of Morocco. However, I am so grateful to have been able to visit Africa and have an opportunity to break and gain some clarity on BeautiBody Wellness, meet and greet a variety of beautiful women and men, learn a touch of Arabic and history… and of course dance. I’ve spent so much of my life thinking about beauty.
Not just how it looks… but how it feels.
The many versions of BEAUTI.

How it changes after pain.
After weight loss.
After heartbreak.
After healing.
After surviving things people never even knew you were carrying.

So standing in the middle of the Flower Show with a microphone asking strangers to complete this one sentence…
“I AM BEAUTI because…?”
felt bigger than content for me.

It felt personal.🩷💙💚🧡💛❤️

Because was never just about fitness, clothes, or interviews.

It was born from learning how to find myself again.

And hearing people speak about themselves with vulnerability, confidence, softness, humor, grief, pride, and honesty reminded me exactly why I started this.

This is the first chapter of
I AM BEAUTI: On The Street 🌸🎤

And honestly… I think this is one of the realest things I’ve ever created.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to share a piece of themselves with me.

I’ve been thinking…watching…listening…

We’ve been conditioned to prioritize appearing beautiful over actually caring for ourselves.
This is why exists,,..

So many of us obsess over how our hair looks…
without asking if we’ve actually cared for it.

And honestly?
A lot of us do the same thing with our bodies.

We’ll spend hours trying to “look beautiful”
while neglecting the actual BEAUTI we’ve been given.

Hydration.
Rest.
Movement.
Peace.
Healing.
Nourishment.
Self-respect.

Maybe the real glow up
is finally taking care of ourselves.✨
