We are a performance-driven company. Our clients grow when we perform and bring them new sales. Our employees grow through developing their skills to hit big sales targets. So we incentivize based on performance to drive the right habits.

Last month Isa had the most sales at the company and earned a custom suit. Now not only will he be making lots of sales like he always does, but he'll be looking even better doing it in his new suit.
