To be soft and strong.
To be ambitious and at peace.
To take up space without apologizing.
To rest without feeling guilty.
To celebrate every win; big, small, loud, or quiet.

Today, remember that you don’t have to prove your worth. You already are worthy. Your story matters. Your dreams matter. Your healing matters. Your laughter matters. And the woman you are becoming deserves just as much love as the woman you’ve already survived becoming.

Keep choosing yourself.
Keep pouring into yourself.
Keep protecting your peace.
Keep becoming everything you were meant to be.
