Happy Interns Day! We want to Spotlight Kristine Li, a Product Manager Intern at ConnectDER! She’s been an invaluable addition to our team’s success.

INTERN SPOTLIGHT: Siqi Li (Kristine).

She really appreciates how her analysis is directly supporting real business needs and influencing strategic decisions that shape the company’s future. She also enjoys working with data—forming reasonable hypotheses despite limited information or resources, and visualizing the insights to communicate complex findings more clearly and effectively. And something she loves to do when she’s alone is definitely playing with her cat.

For Interns Day, we are happy to say that we couldn’t be more excited to have Anuj Poddar, a Product Manager Intern at ConnectDER! We recognize he’s making a difference.

INTERN SPOTLIGHT: Anuj Poddar

Anuj is a rising junior at Haverford College pursuing a major in Economics with a concentration in Mathematical Economics. He is originally from Calcutta, India where he did all of his schooling and love going back whenever he can to see family and friends.

He loves playing sports, including squash, pickleball, and football and is currently representing the Haverford College Varsity Cricket Team. He intends to spend most of his free time playing spikeball or looking for great new media to consume with friends.

He got the opportunity to work with ConnectDER via his college's Microfinance and Impact Investing Initiative, of which he is an avid member, and have spent the last 6 weeks working with the firm's Product Management and Quality Assurance teams gaining exposure to a variety of topics.

At ConnectDER, he has the privilege of enjoying his work with a close knit community that truly values collaboration and trusts himself and other interns with impactful work. Working in QA, a field where he had no experience, he learned about the firm's products in depth and immersed myself in the various tests the products go through before eventually being presented to the utilities we work with. And, in Product Management he has had the pleasure of conducting an Economic Cost Analysis project where he works with his fellow intern to establish baseline and future cost projections for residential electricity and DER systems in the United States.

Working at ConnectDER has truly been an immensely impactful time. He has learned a lot about one of the most interesting and dynamic industries in the world, and found himself working with people creating products to try and help people and the grid!
