🤎REFLECTION IN ACTION | LATIN LIFT 2026
Sometimes wellness begins with something simple:
Stopping long enough to check in with yourself.
At the 2026 Latinos Educando Juntos LATIN Lift Conference, participants were invited to do exactly that through the 8 Dimensions of Wellness: Hallway of Reflection, an interactive installation activity created by Dionne Wright-Chambers, CEO of Learn Empower Grow and Vice President of Latinos Educando Juntos.
Throughout the hallway, participants were invited to pause, reflect, and respond to questions exploring the 8 Dimensions of Wellness—Emotional, Physical, Social, Occupational, Financial, Environmental, Spiritual, and Intellectual.
Because wellness isn’t just something we teach, discuss, or encourage in others.
We have to participate in our own wellness, too.
And sometimes seeing ourselves differently begins with being willing to stop, look, reflect, and answer the question honestly.
We loved watching the hallway come alive as participants added their voices, experiences, insights, and reflections. 💜
That’s what learning can look like when we move beyond simply presenting information and create opportunities for people to experience it.
✨ Learn. Empower. Grow.
Participate in your own wellness.
And thank you to every LATIN Lift participant who stopped in the hallway long enough to reflect on YOURSELF💙💛🧡🤎🖤💚💜
Thank you Ed Umoja Herman and Brenda Thompson of the Pakeys for helping us set everything up😊💜🤎
