December did NOT slow down. From up and down 95, content to campaigns and meetings to motion. But one thing that’s forever gonna keep me sane is my solo car rides tuning in and tapping out. After a content day I called bae and asked her and Cino to recommend a pandora station for the drive home.

Believed I could so I did. 🥳

Hit a PR in my 5k at the and I don't know how to feel. Did it solo, headphones on and locked in with GOD. When I crossed that finish line I thought I was gonna cry — but I honestly was just so proud that I DID IT!

2 months ago I would've said, NAH. No way.
Running a 5k non stop was not in the cards.
Today I paced myself, stayed focused and finished the race. 🥹🏁
