once we realize that we are our own worst enemy and get clear on what we want, it’s time to let go of everything that isn’t in alignment with what we want

I remember thinking that I could continue to be in certain environments that drained me or pulled me away from the version I desired to be and still thrive

Turns out, it wasn’t possible. Not because I couldn’t manage the two but because the higher version of me required me to let go of the things the old version of me held so tight to.

Accepting the bare minimum, indulging in toxic behavior, numbing myself to avoid reality, and running away from the truth. None of these things will get you to your higher self. You have to be willing to let go of the old you in order to see the new you 🤍

sometimes you aren’t having an identity crisis, sometimes you know exactly what it is you want…

you just think that whatever it is you do want isn’t possible for you. you are afraid of the failure, you are afraid of the judgment, or even afraid to lean into the uncertainty but truth is…none of that matters because the things you want to do and the version you want to become only matters to you

So it’s time to become more 🤍
