A little glimpse into Unfiltered Travel Talks with Brittany & Nyamah.
But before we get into all of that… apparently this is how we decided to say hello.

We sat down together to talk about our experiences traveling through Africa,the things that surprised us, the moments that stayed with us, the unexpected parts, and everything in between.

We’re introducing “Unfiltered Travel Talks with Brittany & Nyamah”. We sat down together and had some really honest conversations about traveling through Africa, what surprised us, what we didn’t expect, the moments that stayed with us, and the many experiences we’ve had.

Nothing rehearsed or overly polished. Just real conversations and reflections from our experiences.

And honestly, there were too many good conversations to keep to ourselves, so we’ll be sharing them with you.

Its Independence Day marks the moment the nation gained political independence, but its story stretches much further back through the enduring legacy of people who carried their cultures across the Atlantic.

It’s one of the reasons so many people notice familiar rhythms between Jamaica and parts of West Africa. Not because the cultures are the same, but because history left behind connections that continue to live on in music, language, food, traditions, and the way communities gather and celebrate.
