Contractors: The PA Sunshine Program is, as of August 19, 2011 in the "Waiting List" phase of the program. PA Sunshine rebate reservations will continue to be received. However, a PA Sunshine rebate is not guaranteed. Applications will be received but only assigned if money becomes available through attrition
