50k 31 miles in the woods of Pennypack.

Blessed to be able to do it. Thanks to GOD and sobriety(AA). Thanks to my whole run fam. My crunch spin, Pilates and hiit crews for helping me get back from a nasty it band injury that had me walk two marathons in 28 days. Thank you to and for welcoming me to the jungle. Thanks to my wife and kids and to my dawg August for making me walk him when I’m injured, tired or just don’t feel like it. Do more 🪏

I will never EVER look back and say I spent too much time with my kids. Last night I had thee amazing Ruby the beekeeper with me talking to Girl Scout troop #285 about honeybees. Sharing these moments with her is something I won’t ever forget.

Last week I had the honor of speaking back to back days. First the Girl Scouts had a blast seeing the bees up close. The next day I spoke to some seniors from a local garden club. They really enjoyed it and the feedback was AMAZING, they told me I could be a comedian and motivational speaker. 🤣🎤

Today was amazing!!!! My friends ran 50 miles from 7am to 7pm through Northeast Philly. I was able to pace them for 22 miles, first a half marathon in the morning and then later help them crush the end. This isn’t about me this about two people setting a really hard goal, putting in the work and getting the job done! The best part they raised $4000 for shelter dogs.
