In the beginning I questioned my abilities and if this business could work. I was unsure if this was a service not only that people needed. But, would invest in and see the need within their businesses.

The first people to encourage me and believe in my vision was my friends. Now let’s me honest, in order to help people and know you can produce results you have to test out your theory.

One of my fiends whom is a business owner helped me do just that. Now, I am confidently strategizing to help take her business to the next level. Use the people around you to get your results first.

Most people have no idea how important customer service is to a business. You receive new clients, you provide a product or service, and then it’s crickets 🦗.

-Do you know how that customer felt about their services?
-Did you follow up a few days later to make sure everything was good?
-were you confident in knowing they were going to do business with you again?
